Nancy Plessa

Nancy Plessa and her team operate with consistency, professionalism and imagination, planning each new step with the goal of the personal and athletic development of each athlete. Our philosophy is based on trust, encouragement and inspiration, so that each child can discover their potential and develop into a healthy and creative individual.

Nancy wishes to contribute to the spread of this wonderful sport, passing on her knowledge, experience and love for gymnastics to future generations. Her goal is to build athletes who will be role models for society – people with ethics, discipline and vision, who will be ready to fight for their continuous personal and athletic development.

Nancy Plessa is a Physical Education and Sports Teacher , specializing in Rhythmic Gymnastics and licensed to practice from the General Secretariat of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics and Gymnastics for All.

With 17 years of coaching experience , he has been active in a wide range of sports and artistic fields:​

• Competitive classes

• Private and public sports camps

• Gyms with strength programs

• Dance and creative movement departments

• Participation as a dancer and actress in theatrical performances

• Education and guidance of hundreds of children and adolescents

 

As a coach, she has led her teams to multiple distinctions, winning gold medals in competitions, thanks to original thematic choreographies that stood out for their creativity and technique.

Her path in sports began at a very young age. Raised in Neo Heraklion, she began as a Gymnastics for All athlete at the age of just 5 and continues to this day with the same love and dedication.

In 2011, she founded the professional team Hobo illusionerZ , in which she remains an active athlete, keeping her passion for the sport alive and transmitting her experience to the new generation.

He has represented Greece in four World Gymnastics Festivals (World Gymnaestrada), in one European (Eurogym), while in the summer of 2025 he will compete with the Hobo illusionerZ team at the World Championships in Lisbon , representing our country at the international level.
