Acro n’ Twist at 36th Kefalonia Gym Festival “Anna Pollatou” 2026

With suitcases full of dreams and smiles, the competitive team of Acro n’ Twist traveled to Kefalonia to participate in the 36th International Kefalonia Gym Festival “Anna Pollatou” 2026. This non-competitive festival brings together teams from all over the world each year, promoting friendship, cooperation, and a shared passion for movement. 

The experience began on June 25 with the grand parade of all participating teams through the streets of Argostoli. Athletes from Greece, as well as countries such as Croatia, Serbia, Portugal, and many others, came together in a vibrant celebration, conveying the message that sport unites people and cultures.

On June 26, our team presented its choreography in the central square of Lixouri, while our participation concluded with a second special performance at the event’s grand Gala on Sunday, June 28. Each presentation was a unique experience, filled with energy, emotion, and the warm applause of the audience. 

Beyond the performances, the festival offered us countless unforgettable moments. Our athletes had the opportunity to meet athletes from different countries, build new friendships, and take part in the event’s side activities, including the memorable beach party, which was filled with music, dancing, and endless smiles. 

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the organizers for their outstanding hospitality and excellent event management, as well as to the people of Kefalonia, who welcomed us with their renowned warmth and generosity, making us feel right at home.
