With many years of involvement in the field of aerobic gymnastics, she has significant experience both as an athlete and as a coach. She participates in national and international competitions as an individual athlete, while she is also a certified judge at the national level. In recent years, she has also been active in coaching both recreational and competitive groups, aiming at the well-rounded development of athletes and the cultivation of love for the sport.
Panagiota began her involvement in gymnastics at the age of 12, joining a general gymnastics group after many years of admiration for the sport. A year later, at the age of 13, she joined the competitive aerobic gymnastics team on a trial basis.
Since then, she has consistently proven that hard work, perseverance, and love for the sport can overcome any obstacle on the path to high-level athletic achievement. She has recorded numerous appearances in the finals of National Championships, as well as in international Open competitions, both in the Junior and Women’s categories.
She believes that persistence, consistency, and continuous effort toward improvement, combined with love for the sport, are the most important assets an athlete can have and can surpass even the greatest natural talent.
