Acro N' Twist at Aerobic Workshop

On Sunday, March 8, 2026, an educational seminar for coaches and competitive aerobic gymnastics athletes was held, organized by the Hellenic Gymnastics Federation and coordinated by Simeon Skouteris.

The seminar was attended by our academy’s coaches Nancy Plessa, Kalli Stappa, and Aggelos Tsernas, with the aim of further education and professional development in their field.

The speakers of the seminar were:

• Dimitris Polyzos, international judge, coach of the national aerobic gymnastics team, and elected member of the UEG

• Lefki Ferentinou, international judge and national team coach

• Athina Gourna, national team coach

Through this aerobic workshop, we gained substantial knowledge in a discipline we had not previously engaged with extensively. Remaining committed to continuous growth, we systematically invest in learning, recognizing that knowledge is limitless and a fundamental element of our progress.
